A metabolic workout is a fast-paced circuit,
in which there is a series of fairly simple
weightlifting/floor exercises and they are
done in a very short time schedule. The
faster and harder you work, the more you’ll
get out of it. But of course, you’ll be that
much more tired while you’re recovering. The
idea is to create a very high-intensity
workout, one that burns fat as it adds
