Zumba:  This program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Power Yoga:  Energize. Stretch. Center your shakras in this Yoga class.  Grab your mat for this combination of Tai Chi, Pilates and Power Yoga moves. Experience this physical but zen style training to round out your workout.
Virtual Spin:  Indoor cycling with a TWiSt!  With our 120" virtual screen, this class provides you with not only a powerful cardio workout but with visual effects to help take your mind off this challenging task.  Ride through the vineyards of California, Climb the mountains in Yosemite, Rock out to ACDC!!! 

Get Pumped:  Feel the BURN!  Barbell training at its finest.  Experience this full body resistance training class, that will tone your muscles, challenge your body and increase your endurance.  A motivating and sure way to change body composition. This class is for Every Body>
Met-X:  A metabolic workout is a fast-paced circuit, in which there is a series of fairly simple weightlifting/floor exercises and they are done in a very short time schedule. The faster and harder you work, the more you’ll get out of it. But of course, you’ll be that much more tired while you’re recovering. The idea is to create a very high-intensity workout, one that burns fat as it adds muscle tone.
Power Kick:  One hour of heart-pumping kickboxing!  Get fighting fit!  This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.  Develop the ability to throw punches and kicks while moving to the beat of energetic music and remaining balanced.  Begin with a warm-up that involves large muscle movements to increase blood flow and heat up the muscles. Move into combinations of punches and kicks that are repeated multiple times to strengthen and tone every muscle in your body.  Class concludes with a core burning routine and a cool-down that involves static stretching.  Burn fat and kick your body into shape!
